Retrospect

Second week now, and this blog is looking anaemic. So I'm going to start posting entries for the past week or so, starting from the day we flew out. I'll put up some photos first, followed by my lengthy text entries.....

Okay, it's now Saturday and I have a week's worth of pictures and stuff to write up. It's gonna take a while, but in the meantime I've posted some interesting pics on my Tumblr blog (which is quicker and easier for quick posts).

That's a big hello from Bangkok! Well I've been in Thailand for nearly five days now, and we have finally got internet access in our apartment. It's now 23:21 in Thailand. Meaning that it's twenty past FOUR back in the UK.

The upshot of this is that, which ever way you look at it, it's too damn late. Suffice it to say, the weather is too hot, goods are too cheap and the food is ok. Over the next few days I will fully update this blog; in the meantime, enjoy some photos from Krung Thep, aka City of Angels, aka Bangkok!
